Key Responsibilities

• Advise on public company and corporate securities law matters and compliance
• Draft and review SEC filings to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Support corporate governance matters and assist with corporate transactions

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from a U.S. accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. State bar
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house
• Proven management skills and broad experience in U.S. corporate and securities law
• Exceptional critical thinking and strong business acumen
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
