Job Summary

A company is looking for a Japanese Fluent GC/Senior In-House Counsel/Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to various practice areas including labor and employment, corporate counsel, and litigation
• Work directly with partners and clients in a client-facing capacity
• Support multiple practice groups as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience as General Counsel, Senior In-House Counsel, or Corporate Counsel
• Fluency in Japanese (spoken, reading, and writing)
• Adaptability and willingness to engage in a long-term opportunity
• Japanese writing sample preferred or willingness to take the ALTA exam
