Job Summary

A company is looking for a Japanese Fluent GC/Senior In-House Counsel/Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel across various practice areas including labor and employment, corporate counsel, and litigation
• Work directly with partners and clients in a client-facing capacity
• Support multiple practice groups and demonstrate adaptability in legal matters

Required Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience as General Counsel, Senior In-House Counsel, or Corporate Counsel, preferably in-house
• Fluency in Japanese (spoken, reading, and writing)
• Interest in a long-term, stable opportunity with potential for growth
• Japanese writing sample or ALTA exam scores preferred
