Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join its Legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate and securities matters
• Assist with public company reporting obligations and corporate governance materials
• Collaborate with business partners and other teams to provide legal counsel on various projects

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of legal experience, including at least 2 years at a national law firm
• Experience with public company filings and governance
• Familiarity with corporate, securities, and commercial transactional work
• California Bar membership or eligibility to practice as California Registered In-House Counsel
• Interest in fintech and willingness to learn applicable regulatory schemes
