California Licensed Corporate Governance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Governance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support securities law compliance and SEC reporting, including preparation and filing of various reports
• Provide comprehensive support for board and committee matters, including meeting logistics and documentation
• Manage the company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders and lead proxy statement preparation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with at least 10 years of corporate paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of securities law compliance and SEC regulations
• Experience supporting the board of directors of a public company
• Proficiency with relevant software, including Workiva and BoardVantage
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SEC reporting software
