Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Corporate Lawyer, the full-time Associate will focus on advising startups and venture capital investors on financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise startups and venture capital investors throughout various stages of growth
• Manage financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions for tech and life sciences companies
• Provide general corporate counseling to clients in the startup ecosystem

Required qualifications

• 1-5 years of venture capital and startup company transactional experience
• Experience with financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions
• Barred in the state of the office applied to or eligible to waive
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
