Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their Legal Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining corporate records and SEC filings
• Manage the contract lifecycle process and maintain the contract repository
• Develop and maintain legal department systems for operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, focusing on public company governance
• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program required
• Experience supporting a legal team within a public company or law firm preferred
• Solid understanding of corporate governance and SEC reporting requirements
• Proficiency with legal and contract management tools
