Job Summary

To support a prestigious law firm, the contract-to-perm California Licensed Corporate Paralegal will independently manage substantive transactions and compliance projects in a hybrid work environment, leveraging advanced corporate knowledge and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and maintain capitalization tables, stock ledgers, and option ledgers
• Organize, prepare, and file corporate legal documents for major transactions
• Assist with the formation of corporations and maintain physical and electronic minute books

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of paralegal experience specializing in corporate law
• Direct experience with equity management tools like Carta and Pulley
• Hands-on knowledge of electronic data rooms and compliance technology
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate; California Paralegal Requirements must be met
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for high-profile interactions
