Job Summary

To support a prestigious law firm, the contract-to-perm California Licensed Corporate Paralegal will manage substantive transactions and compliance projects in a hybrid work environment, leveraging over 10 years of corporate law experience to execute complex legal documentation and maintain capitalization tables.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform and maintain capitalization tables, stock ledgers, and option ledgers
• Organize, prepare, and file corporate legal documents for major transactions
• Prepare drafts and execute Section 16 filings and conduct Blue Sky research

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of paralegal experience specializing in corporate law
• Hands-on experience with equity management tools like Carta and Pulley
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of data and operate autonomously
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred, with California Paralegal Requirements met
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for high-profile interactions
