California Licensed Corporate Paralegal

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Corporate Paralegal to manage the company's trademark and patent portfolio, oversee entity management compliance, and support corporate governance activities in a full-time remote role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trademark and patent portfolio, including prosecution tracking and coordination with outside IP counsel
• Oversee entity management compliance, including annual filings and certificates of good standing
• Support corporate governance activities, including preparation of routine resolutions and contract workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field preferred
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a paralegal or legal operations professional in an in-house legal department
• Experience managing an intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks and patents
• CLM platform experience, with interest in or experience leading system implementation projects
