Job Summary
To support a thriving legal team, the part-time California Licensed Corporate Paralegal will manage complex corporate matters, including maintaining capitalization tables and preparing SEC compliance documents, while working remotely in a contract position.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain capitalization tables, stock ledgers, and corporate records
- Prepare and file Section 16 reports and support SEC compliance initiatives
- Manage corporate transaction documents and entity formations, including LLCs and 501(c)(3) organizations
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of corporate paralegal experience, ideally from a leading law firm
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and securities filings
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Carta, Pulley, and SEC EDGAR Next
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must meet California Paralegal requirements
