Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Corporate Accountant (CPA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily General Ledger entries and maintain financial records in accordance with US GAAP
  • Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss and Cashflow Statements
  • Support multi-state sales tax compliance and coordinate federal and state tax reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Finance
  • Active CPA license from California or ability to perform in California
  • 5+ years of experience in an independent Accounting role for US-based clients
  • Strong experience with e-commerce accounting and multi-state sales tax
  • Proficiency in accounting systems, preferably QuickBooks Online and/or NetSuite
