Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of U.S. Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. accounting department, payroll, and Global Consolidation while ensuring compliance with external requirements
• Oversee the parent company financial statement audit and collaborate on strategic direction with the VP Global Finance
• Streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency while managing complex payroll and operational finance issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 10+ years leading a finance function with complex international operations
• BA or BS in accounting or finance; graduate degree in accounting is a plus
• Active California Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in good standing
• Expert knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls over financial reporting
• Substantial experience leading at a senior level, ideally with remote management experience
