Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Office of Integrated Credentialing, the full-time California Licensed Credentialing Manager will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage staff productivity, and assist in the development of credentialing policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff and monitor credentialing work product and productivity
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and coordinate internal review processes
- Maintain database accuracy and oversee credentialing staff activities in line with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience (1-2 years may substitute)
- 3-5 years of experience in credentialing within a medical staff or credentialing office
- Thorough knowledge of TJC, DNV, NCQA, AAAHC, Title 22, and CMS standards
- Certification as a Certified Professional in Medical Services Management (CPMSM) or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) required
- Fire Life Safety Training certification (LA City) required within 30 days of hire if not already obtained
