Key Responsibilities

• Provide crisis-counseling services via phone, aiming to answer 95% of calls within 20 seconds
• Conduct safety assessments, create safety plans, and follow up with help seekers
• Mentor volunteers and maintain accurate documentation of interactions in real time

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of relevant behavioral health experience; one year in crisis intervention preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to effectively use web-based platforms and electronic documentation systems
• Open availability to work within the program's operating hours, including weekends and holidays
