A company is looking for a 988 Crisis Counselor, Bilingual - Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide crisis counseling services via telephone and chat
• Conduct risk assessments and manage crisis calls alongside shift supervisors
• Maintain accurate call reports and assist in training new counselors and volunteers

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish
• Minimum of six months of relevant behavioral health experience, with one year in crisis intervention preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
