Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
• Maintain accurate vehicle files and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots daily

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year office support experience in a customer service role
• High school diploma or GED
• Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional virtual appearance with a quiet, distraction-free workspace
