Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Work from Home).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls from providers and members regarding eligibility, claims, and authorization status
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve issues related to claims payment and eligibility inquiries
  • Create and track Customer Service Incidents to resolve caller issues and ensure a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • One (1) to three (3) years of customer service experience required
  • One (1) to three (3) years in the Health Insurance Industry preferred
  • Claims payor experience preferred, but not required
