Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call for Release - Customer Service Representative (California) Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vehicle release and pickup by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
  • Maintain accurate vehicle files and ensure timely updates while providing excellent customer service
  • Meet daily performance goals, including making over 100 calls and processing more than 60 live lots daily


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
