Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 6 months of Call Center or mental health care experience
  • Intermediate to Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must reside within the State of California
