Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 months of Call Center or mental health care experience
- Intermediate to Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must reside within the State of California
