Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative (Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to members and healthcare providers
- Research and resolve customer inquiries while meeting service level agreements
- Document interactions in the CRM system and guide callers through online processes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps download / 6 Mbps upload)
- Experience with CRM tools or call center technology is preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare or government programs is a plus
