Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide assistance to members and healthcare providers
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries while meeting service level agreements
  • Document interactions in the CRM system and guide callers through online processes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps download / 6 Mbps upload)
  • Experience with CRM tools or call center technology is preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare or government programs is a plus
