Job Summary
To support Personal Lines clients, the hybrid California Licensed Customer Service Representative will manage account servicing and quoting tasks, communicate with clients about their policies, and ensure accurate processing of documents and payments.
Key responsibilities
- Bind coverage and manage all activities in the agency management system
- Communicate directly with clients and underwriters regarding policy changes and claims
- Assist clients with requests for Certificates of Insurance and handle claim calls
Required qualifications
- Experience in Personal Insurance, preferably in an Independent Insurance Agency
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organizational skills and a professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task and exceed client expectations
