Job Summary
To support critical government health programs, a part-time California Licensed Customer Service Representative will provide remote assistance to Californians, answering inquiries, guiding callers through applications, and documenting interactions while maintaining a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and provide professional assistance to members and healthcare providers
- Research and resolve customer inquiries while adhering to service level agreements
- Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain knowledge of program regulations and policies
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Reliable internet connection with minimum 60 Mbps download / 6 Mbps upload
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
- Experience with CRM tools or call center technology is preferred
