Job Summary

To support critical government health programs, a part-time California Licensed Customer Service Representative will provide remote assistance to Californians, answering inquiries, guiding callers through applications, and documenting interactions while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and provide professional assistance to members and healthcare providers
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries while adhering to service level agreements
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system and maintain knowledge of program regulations and policies
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Reliable internet connection with minimum 60 Mbps download / 6 Mbps upload
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Experience with CRM tools or call center technology is preferred
