Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales in Commercial Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles a high volume of inbound phone calls and chats, resolving customer issues promptly
• Provides exceptional customer service and assists clients by producing necessary documentation
• Serves as a mentor to new hires and performs additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is a plus
• Proficient in computer and data entry skills, including Microsoft Office
• Understanding of call center metrics and standards
• Remote-ready with the ability to work independently in a home-based environment
