Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist - Healthcare Billing, Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle patient inquiries regarding billing, insurance, and medical records while ensuring satisfaction and de-escalating issues
  • Collaborate with providers and operations teams to address urgent billing tasks and educate patients on payment options
  • Investigate and reconcile patient and insurance balances, processing payments and resolving discrepancies
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare call center environment
  • 1+ years of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or healthcare revenue cycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with electronic health records (EHR) or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
