California Licensed Customer Success Manager

Job Summary

• Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to develop growth strategies and secure renewals
• Ensure efficient onboarding and adoption of services for clients through collaborative teamwork
• Monitor account health and provide ongoing education on services and financial literacy topics

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales with a proven track record
• Experience in real estate, property management, or fintech preferred
• Experience in a startup environment preferred
• Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce is preferred
• Ability to work independently and remotely
