Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to develop growth strategies and secure renewals and expansions
• Ensure efficient onboarding and adoption of services for clients through teamwork
• Build relationships with property managers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of services

Required Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales
• Experience in real estate, property management, or fintech is preferred
• Experience in a startup environment is preferred
• Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce is preferred
• Ability to work independently and remotely
