Job Summary

Driving customer value as a California Licensed Customer Success Manager, the full-time remote Senior Manager will support clients in optimizing AI solutions, foster internal Centers of Excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deep adoption and effective governance of AI technologies.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the Customer Center of Excellence by training "Agent Champions" and empowering clients to manage their AI initiatives
  • Monitor agent performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize customer workflows and improve success rates
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance the customer experience throughout their Agentic Enterprise journey
Required qualifications:
  • 6+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in Customer Success or Management Consulting focused on enterprise SaaS
  • Experience supporting governance frameworks for large-scale digital transformation projects
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret platform telemetry and performance data for actionable customer insights
  • Proven track record managing consumption-based accounts to drive utilization
  • Ability to effectively communicate AI outcomes to senior stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business value
