Job Summary

Driving customer success in a remote full-time capacity, the California Licensed Customer Success Manager will support clients in optimizing AI solutions, manage governance frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational adoption and value realization.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the Customer Center of Excellence by training "Agent Champions" and empowering clients to scale their AI initiatives
  • Monitor agent performance and provide data-driven insights to recommend workflow optimizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams and consulting partners to ensure a unified customer experience throughout their Agentic Enterprise journey
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of work experience, including 3+ years in Customer Success or Management Consulting focused on enterprise SaaS
  • Experience in governance frameworks for large-scale digital transformation projects
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret platform telemetry and usage data for actionable insights
  • Proven track record of managing consumption-based accounts and driving utilization
  • Ability to communicate AI outcomes effectively to senior business stakeholders
