Job Summary

Customer-obsessed and driven by a passion for AI solutions, the full-time remote California Licensed Customer Success Manager will support clients in their Agentic Enterprise journey by facilitating deep operational adoption, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive value realization.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the Customer Center of Excellence by training "Agent Champions" and empowering clients to govern and scale their AI initiatives
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor agent performance and recommend optimizations to enhance customer workflows
  • Collaborate with internal teams and consulting partners to ensure a unified customer experience throughout the digital transformation process
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Management Consulting focused on enterprise SaaS
  • Experience in supporting governance frameworks for large-scale digital transformation projects
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret platform telemetry and performance data for actionable insights
  • Proven track record in managing consumption-based accounts and driving utilization through value-based activities
  • Ability to communicate AI outcomes effectively to senior business stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business value
