Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the fully remote Senior Cyber Incident Response Attorney will manage incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy cases, oversee breach response work, and interact with senior management at client companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents
• Oversee breach response efforts and manage interactions with clients and carriers
• Draft legal notices and respond to regulatory investigations arising from data breaches

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited Law School
• Admission to the Bar in good standing
• 8+ years of legal experience, with 5+ years focused on data privacy and security
• Strong knowledge of data breach and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR)
• IT or technical background is a plus
