Job Summary

To support cybersecurity initiatives, the remote Senior Cybersecurity Financial Compliance SME will architect, enforce, and sustain audit compliance for the Vantage system while interpreting NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 and ensuring alignment with financial management overlays.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior SME for the Vantage system, applying NIST SP 800-53 Rev 5 and DoW/Army cybersecurity requirements
• Assess the Vantage security posture, identifying compliance gaps and developing remediation strategies
• Develop and maintain security policies, SOPs, and TTPs to ensure ongoing audit compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Cybersecurity/Risk Management Framework experience
• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
• Practical experience with NIST 800-53 Rev5 controls in DoW and Army environments
• Expertise in Financial Management overlays and FIAR mandates relevant to enterprise systems
