Job Summary
To enhance data analysis capabilities, the full-time California Licensed Data Analyst will validate and visualize data from electronic health records, develop dashboards, and prepare reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor dashboards for policy assessment, quality improvement, and fiscal management
- Collaborate with users to understand reporting needs and create standardized data queries and visualizations
- Prepare reports and visualizations to help stakeholders make informed decisions based on data insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, data science, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Dashboard Visualization/Data Informatics/Analytics
- Proficiency in dashboarding tools like Power BI and experience with data automation and visualization tools such as Excel, R, or Python
- Experience in data modeling, database development, and management
- Ability to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and coding languages
