Job Summary
To support critical risk management functions, the temporary Contract Legal Intake Data Quality Specialist will work remotely in the Pacific Time Zone, validating data accuracy, resolving inconsistencies, and facilitating communication across departments for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Review and update data for open clients and matters to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
- Perform quality control checks on new business intake data and resolve identified discrepancies
- Communicate with partners and internal teams to gather missing data and implement changes to client and matter records
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in quality control, data management, or risk compliance within a legal or corporate environment
- Strong proficiency with data management tools, preferably InTapp or similar legal intake software
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Demonstrated ability to identify data discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
