Job Summary
To support critical risk management functions, the contract Legal NBI & Data Quality Specialist will work remotely in the PST time zone for 3 to 6 months, focusing on data accuracy, conflict reviews, and cross-departmental communication within a prominent legal services provider.
Key responsibilities
- Review and update data accuracy for open clients and matters, performing quality control checks on new business intake data
- Communicate with partners and legal professionals to gather missing or incomplete data, ensuring data integrity across departments
- Identify and resolve data integrity issues within new business forms while handling additional risk management tasks as assigned
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in quality control, data management, or risk compliance within a legal or corporate environment
- Strong proficiency with data management tools, preferably with experience in InTapp or similar legal intake software
- Demonstrated ability to identify data discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
