Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Administrator IV.

Key Responsibilities

Lead database management strategy, design, and integrity, including ETL development and database maintenance
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the database team while promoting Agile methodologies
Oversee database server administration, including performance monitoring, security, and backup/recovery processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
Eight (8) years of progressive experience in Database Administration or programming in a structured IT environment
Advanced knowledge of ANSI SQL, with a preference for T-SQL
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and other relational database platforms like PostgreSQL or MySQL
Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage projects effectively
