Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Administrator specializing in the Ellucian Banner ERP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage DBA responsibilities for the Ellucian Banner product and lead technical projects
• Install, configure, upgrade, and support Banner 9 and related tools
• Conduct database tuning, maintain security, perform backups, and optimize Oracle Banner environments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in an Oracle database environment
• Thorough understanding of the technical architecture of the Ellucian Banner software suite
• Experience with Degree Works installations and upgrades
• Hands-on experience with BDM, AppXtender, and AppEnhancer installations and migrations
• Proficient in Linux system administration, including server maintenance and performance monitoring
