California Licensed Database Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Database Administrator IV.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead database management strategy, including design, maintenance, and tuning
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to database and application development teams
• Oversee data integrity, security, and performance across database systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Eight years of progressive experience in Database Administration or programming in a structured IT environment, preferably in healthcare
• Advanced knowledge of ANSI SQL, with a preference for T-SQL
• Experience with ETL design and development using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage projects using Agile methodologies
