Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Licensed DBT Outpatient Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to the DBT model in all clinical work and provide individual DBT therapy
• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Provide therapy sessions and maintain accurate client records while participating in professional development

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in CA as LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent
• DBT certification or formal DBT training, or willingness to start training upon hire
• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Proven experience in mental health counseling, including treatment planning and documentation
• High cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations
