California Licensed Delegation Director

Job Summary

Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the California Licensed Delegation Director will manage multi-state delegation oversight activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize vendor performance and relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Directs strategic delegation oversight activities, including vendor onboarding, audits, and compliance monitoring
• Manages relationships with delegated entities and serves as the key point of contact for issue resolution and performance management
• Develops and implements metrics and reporting systems to assess vendor performance in alignment with business and regulatory needs

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in delegation oversight, auditing, or vendor management
• A minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities
• Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization
