Job Summary
Leading a team in a full-time remote capacity, the California Licensed Delegation Director will manage multi-state delegation oversight activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize vendor performance and relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Directs strategic delegation oversight activities, including vendor onboarding, audits, and compliance monitoring
- Manages relationships with delegated entities and serves as the key point of contact for issue resolution and performance management
- Develops and implements metrics and reporting systems to assess vendor performance in alignment with business and regulatory needs
Required qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in delegation oversight, auditing, or vendor management
- A minimum of 3 years of management or leadership experience
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with project management tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization
