California Licensed Delegation Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delegation Oversight Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, conduct, and document pre-delegation and annual assessments for compliance with regulations
• Distribute audit results and develop corrective action plans for identified deficiencies
• Assist with preparation of delegation summary reports and participate in Joint Operation Committees

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, including 2 years in a managed care environment
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active, unrestricted license
• Knowledge of audit processes and applicable state and federal regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable software programs
