Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delegation Oversight Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates and documents pre-delegation and annual assessments to ensure compliance with regulations
• Develops corrective action plans for identified deficiencies and monitors follow-up to completion
• Assists in the preparation of reports and documentation for regulatory audits and oversight committees

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of healthcare experience, including 2 years in a managed care environment
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Knowledge of audit processes and relevant state and federal regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
