Key Responsibilities

• Complete the Clinical Review Specialist training program
• Read, interpret, and analyze x-rays and requests for major dental services
• Provide customer service to providers regarding clinical issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of dental hygienist experience
• Ability to read and interpret x-rays, dental models, and patient charts
• Preferred: 1 year of dental insurance experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
