To support a cutting-edge GenAI team, the full-time California Licensed Dermatology Expert will provide domain expertise, evaluate annotation quality, and collaborate with AI research teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in dermatology
• Evaluate and grade the quality of annotations for supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning feedback
• Directly annotate data for key tasks and provide actionable feedback to optimize annotation quality

Required qualifications

• Ph.D. or Doctorate in a relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Medicine
• Experience teaching advanced concepts in dermatology
• Demonstrated deep knowledge and expertise in the medical field
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and evaluate annotation quality
