California Licensed Diet Office Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising staff involved in nutrition and food service activities, the full-time California Licensed Diet Office Supervisor will oversee diet office operations, manage call center functions across multiple campuses, and ensure compliance with departmental standards while working onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate staff performance, assigning work and providing guidance to meet departmental goals
• Manage call center operations and troubleshoot related software to ensure efficient service delivery
• Collaborate with managers and other supervisors on departmental initiatives and service recovery efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training
• 5+ years of relevant progressive experience
• Registered Dietitian (RD), Certified Dietary Manager, or Dietetic Technician, Registered
• In-depth knowledge of food handling policies and regulations, including CMS and California Retail Food Code
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in a healthcare setting
