Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Application Analyst III - UKG / WFM.

Key Responsibilities

• Support workforce management initiatives focusing on UKG Pro W and Advanced Scheduler
• Configure and optimize WFM systems, execute and validate test scripts, and assist with go-live efforts
• Analyze workforce data, identify discrepancies, and ensure system alignment across platforms

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with UKG Pro W / Workforce Management systems
• Hands-on experience with UKG Advanced Scheduler configuration and support
• Experience writing and executing test scripts for system implementations
• Proficiency in system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of WFM platforms
• Experience working in healthcare environments with enterprise workforce systems
