Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting processes, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses
• Coordinate external compliance activities and manage equity-based transaction reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 8 to 12 years of progressive accounting experience, including prior controller experience
• 3+ years of SEC reporting experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
