Job Summary
To support a pioneering AI venture, the remote Director of Participant Recruitment will build and scale recruitment strategies for B2B and consumer audiences, focusing on hard-to-reach professionals while leading a growing team.
Key responsibilities
- Build and scale participant recruitment efforts across diverse audiences, emphasizing hard-to-reach professionals and executives
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies utilizing LinkedIn, email, paid social, referrals, and partnerships
- Own the participant recruitment funnel, optimizing outreach, onboarding, and retention processes
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in participant, respondent, or audience recruitment
- Proven success in recruiting B2B and consumer audiences, particularly hard-to-reach professionals
- Leadership experience in managing recruitment teams or building recruitment functions
- Expertise in modern recruitment channels, including LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on conversion metrics and recruitment economics
