Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and hands-on California Licensed Director of Rewards, the full-time hybrid position will manage total rewards and HR operations, partnering with leadership to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve the strategy for total rewards and HR operations, aligning programs with business priorities and employee engagement insights
- Serve as a trusted partner to executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders on initiatives related to rewards, operations, and talent strategy
- Design and enhance rewards programs using market data and employee feedback to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; master's degree or relevant certification preferred
- 7+ years of experience in total rewards, global benefits administration, or HR operations, with compensation experience strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate organizational goals into practical operating plans
- Experience leading global teams and creating an inclusive environment for high-quality work
- Advanced proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft products, with experience in HR systems such as UKG preferred
