Job Summary
Working full-time from 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Pacific Time, the California Licensed Docketing Manager will ensure the accuracy of calendar entries, provide e-filing support to U.S. litigators, and oversee procedural deadline calculations, with the option for 100% remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Verify the calculation of procedural deadlines and review litigation deadlines in the U.S. calendaring system
- Act as a resource for attorneys and case teams regarding court calendaring and civil procedures
- Conduct legal research on court rules, civil procedures, and case histories as necessary
Required qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in litigation calendaring and court procedures
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Strong knowledge of California civil court procedures and rules
- Experience with e-filing requirements and procedures across various platforms
- Proficiency with Aderant-Compulaw, CourtAlert, or a compatible database
